About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, HRBP supporting the global Engineering organization
  • Drive execution of Engineering transformation initiatives across HR, Engineering leadership, and functional partners
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects involving workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational improvements
  • Coordinate strategic planning, operating reviews, and leadership updates
  • Create executive-ready communications, presentations, and briefs
  • Analyze organizational, talent, and project data to identify trends, risks, and strategic insights
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align HR initiatives with Engineering priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex or technical organizations
  • Experience in change management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
  • Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Experience working within large global organizations, ideally within RTX or aerospace/defense sectors preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce and organizational data and generate insights
  • Familiarity with organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • No security clearance required
