About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures
- Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system
- Ensure proper case documentation, categorization, follow-through, and resolution
- Provide reliable, quick, and accurate customer support and problem resolution
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information
- Identify recurring issues and process gaps and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws and RTX policies
- Research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes
- Work ServiceNow tickets from internal and external customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- AA/AS degree or other 2-year post-high-school training, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance
- Strong PC-based skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience in payroll or timekeeping in a corporate environment preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday in payroll or timekeeping preferred
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment
- U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract
- No security clearance required
