About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, HRBP supporting the global Engineering organization
- Drive execution of Engineering transformation initiatives across HR, Engineering leadership, and key functional partners
- Lead complex cross-functional projects involving workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational improvements
- Coordinate strategic planning, operating reviews, and leadership updates
- Create executive-ready communications, presentations, and briefs
- Analyze organizational, talent, and project data to identify trends, risks, and insights
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to align HR initiatives with Engineering’s strategic priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in team operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- 6+ years of experience in project management, HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex or technical organizations
- Experience in change management and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
- Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Experience working within large global organizations, ideally within RTX or aerospace/defense sectors preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce and organizational data
- Familiarity with organizational transformation, engineering processes, and technology-driven organizational change
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- No security clearance required
