About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements for capacitization investments
  • Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC)
  • Support related financial forecasting
  • Analyze earned value metrics, including weekly/monthly costs incurred
  • Provide leading-indicator guidance to CGO leadership and Business management
  • Integrate and manage large suppliers involved in material and manufacturing development
  • Communicate with Cost Account Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads, CGO leadership, and Finance leadership
  • Provide analysis, insight, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and bottom-line results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, and other functional disciplines
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint
  • Preferred: experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance, and surveillance
  • Preferred: experience with SAP, including PRISM MRP
  • Preferred: strong presentation, communication, and professional skills
  • Ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Preferred: experience with Raytheon Program Management Tool Suite
  • Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
  • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Security clearance is not required
