About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer logistics employees responsible for pre-posturing and placing orders of F-135 unit-level parts to military bases and multi-use/depot sites
Foster accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, collaboration, and employee engagement
Support talent management activities
Establish team priorities, assign workloads, and monitor daily operational performance
Ensure customer requirements, service, and contractual commitments are achieved
Drive Unit Level and Depot Level fill rates and Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE)
Analyze trends, remove operational barriers, and implement corrective actions
Monitor spares forecasts and usage at operational sites and Multi-Use Warehouses (MUWs)
Coordinate spares redistribution actions to satisfy forecasted demand
Direct planning and execution of initial Base Support Packages (BSPs) for new site activations
Manage return of unserviceable assets from unit-level sites back to HFFR

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA degree
8 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management, or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience in these areas
U.S. Person status required
Minimum 5+ years of aerospace/defense supply support experience preferred
Advanced logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Strong written and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of PW/Raytheon Technologies internal supply policies, practices, and standard work highly desired
Proficiency in the complete range of SAP spares-related transactions highly desired
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, highly desired
Strong analytical skills
Ability to organize, logically analyze, and present spares information from several information systems
Security clearance is not required
