About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in developing and maintaining cloud-agnostic software and automation across AWS, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
  • Support cross-functional teams through integration work, workflow documentation, and solution delivery
  • Contribute to internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices supporting AI workflows across hybrid environments
  • Write clean, efficient, readable, and maintainable code with guidance
  • Use AI-assisted development tools and basic RAG frameworks for coding, documentation, and user-support workflows
  • Provide user onboarding and operational support for platform services
  • Assist users with access, explain platform capabilities, troubleshoot common issues, route requests, and maintain user-facing documentation
  • Collaborate across remote teams in a regulated, security-conscious environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform
  • Prior experience maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates with guidance from senior engineers
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, coding standards, source control, CI/CD, and testing practices
  • Basic familiarity with GitOps concepts and tools such as Argo CD
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools, data platforms, agent frameworks, or API management platforms
  • Interest in DevOps and AIOps methodologies, containerization, and IaC best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity and initiative to address complex challenges
  • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract
