About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in developing and maintaining cloud-agnostic software and automation across AWS, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
Support cross-functional teams through integration work, workflow documentation, and solution delivery
Contribute to internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices supporting AI workflows across hybrid environments
Write clean, efficient, readable, and maintainable code with guidance
Use AI-assisted development tools and basic RAG frameworks for coding, documentation, and user-support workflows
Provide user onboarding and operational support for platform services
Assist users with access, explain platform capabilities, troubleshoot common issues, route requests, and maintain user-facing documentation
Collaborate across remote teams in a regulated, security-conscious environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform
Prior experience maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates with guidance from senior engineers
Understanding of the software development lifecycle, coding standards, source control, CI/CD, and testing practices
Basic familiarity with GitOps concepts and tools such as Argo CD
Exposure to AI/ML tools, data platforms, agent frameworks, or API management platforms
Interest in DevOps and AIOps methodologies, containerization, and IaC best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions
Demonstrated technical curiosity and initiative to address complex challenges
U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract
