About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement software and infrastructure enabling scalable and secure AI applications across RTX
Develop cloud-agnostic software for AWS, Azure, and on-premises Kubernetes clusters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure successful delivery
Build internal SDKs, APIs, and microservices supporting AI workflows across hybrid environments
Write clean, testable, efficient, well-documented code focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability
Integrate platform tools with identity management, logging, and governance systems
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies
Collaborate across remote teams in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
5+ years of experience in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform
Experience developing and maintaining reusable Helm charts, manifests, and deployment templates
Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and delivery
Ability to apply GitOps practices using Argo CD
Understanding of AI/ML tools, data, agent, and API management platforms
Additional language experience with Node.js or Go preferred
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and AIOps strategies preferred
Containerization and Infrastructure as Code best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions
Demonstrated deep technical curiosity and initiative
