About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead integration, sustainment, and enhancement of the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) within the SAP ecosystem
  • Serve as technical focal point across ELMS, SEAL, LSEMS, SAP, and other enterprise applications
  • Advocate for Support Equipment requirements throughout development, deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement
  • Capture, prioritize, and implement business and U.S. Government requirements
  • Support Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) initiatives and audit-readiness requirements
  • Translate requirements into system capabilities and technical solutions
  • Establish data governance standards, data quality controls, and integration best practices
  • Develop coding logic and analytics solutions for operational challenges
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards and analytics products
  • Source, integrate, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Support Support Equipment initiatives across F135, F119, F100, F117, and APU engine programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional systems integration, data governance, analytics, and digital solution teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Contribute in a Lean Agile environment to design, build, test, implement, and sustain solutions
  • Use SAP knowledge and T-Codes to extract, interpret, and analyze operational data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline with 8+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Alternatively, an advanced degree in the aforementioned fields with 5+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems integration, data management, digital transformation initiatives, or business systems implementations
  • Familiarity with SQL, database structures, data integration concepts, and enterprise applications
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions, system enhancements, or analytics products
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities while managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related STEM discipline
  • Preferred experience with enterprise applications, databases, system interfaces, logistics, supply chain, procurement, fleet management, or sustainment environments
  • Familiarity with SAP and ERP platform integrations
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Qlik, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Project management experience using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-focused environments
