About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead finance activities for the Patriot Spares Program and support the Sustainment Business Manager
  • Ensure financial excellence across program finance and business-related activities
  • Manage cost and schedule execution and reporting
  • Prepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
  • Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including monthly forecast development and presentation
  • Prepare and brief finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews, and other reporting activities
  • Support proposal development and program startup and contract closeout activities
  • Manage cash, staffing, investments, audits, and contract execution
  • Develop and grow one direct report
  • Work with Global Patriot leadership, Sustainment Program Teams, and functional support leads on financial, contractual, execution, and resource decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems and tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+, or a similar system
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Understanding of Operations Labor Processes (preferred)
  • Experience with proposal and pre-proposal management (preferred)
  • Experience with company-funded investment vehicles (CFR/AR) (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements
  • Preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA; relocation assistance not provided
