About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the global benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide Total Rewards objectives
  • Support large-scale benefits transformation projects, including Time Away from Work, Health & Welfare, and Retirement programs
  • Oversee key aspects of benefit program operations in collaboration with Enterprise Services, Corporate Benefits, Payroll, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and support risk mitigation related to benefits programs
  • Support evaluation of external vendors, brokers, and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with enterprise standards
  • Assist with the deployment and optimization of HR technologies and systems that enhance Total Rewards processes
  • Build cost models, scenario analyses, and business impact assessments to inform data-driven decision-making
  • Drive clear, engaging, and consistent benefits communication aligned with the employee value proposition
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new programs, processes, and systems
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives within a matrixed environment, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations with the ability to influence stakeholders preferred
  • Knowledge of global HR and regulatory environments, along with a solid understanding of benefits methodologies
  • Experience supporting regional benefits programs within a global governance model
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication skills, and strong professional presence
  • Experience supporting benefits programs in unionized settings and during post-M&A integration is preferred
  • Prior experience within a Center of Excellence (COE), HR Operations or Shared Services model
