Key responsibilities & impact

Advise LADS business leaders and legal teammates as a strategic legal partner on new international opportunity capture and program execution matters
Provide legal guidance on U.S. and international laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Help manage outside counsel matters and contribute to LADS Legal budgeting and planning
Engage collaboratively and collegially across the SBU
Some domestic and international travel (20-30%)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires 12 years of legal experience
8+ years at a law firm, in-house, or government
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Currently admitted and in good standing with at least one U.S. State bar
Eligible to represent Raytheon as an in-house legal counsel in job location
Experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, advising, or litigating related to a wide variety of government or commercial agreements
