About the role
- Lead the visioning, research, modeling, and delivery of end-user experience for digital products and services
- Drive the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity to complex design challenges
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6–10 UX professionals, including UI designers, UX researchers, and visual designers
- Set and execute a vision for user research and usability testing practices
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years experience
- 5+ years of UX/UI or interaction design experience with 7+ years of people leadership
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design skills including research, visual/UI design, and interaction design
- Experience with user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, etc.) and prototyping frameworks
- Experience using metrics, testing insights, and customer feedback to inform design strategy
