Product Designer

• Lead the visioning, research, modeling, and delivery of end-user experience for digital products and services
• Drive the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring clarity to complex design challenges
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6–10 UX professionals, including UI designers, UX researchers, and visual designers
• Set and execute a vision for user research and usability testing practices
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
