About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the scope, budget, and schedule for the overall development of the system
Integrate the sub-products into a complete Radar Set product
Lead a cross-functional team including members from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality through hardware development and production
Demonstrate knowledge and experience implementing EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management
Manage design completion while balancing performance with the ability to meet customers' critical schedule requirements
Review program status tracking with Engineering and Program Leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in mechanical design
Experience leading and participating in design, development and production activities
Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals
Experience with earned value management and other program management skills
Experience presenting challenging technical issues to senior leadership
