About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
  • Lead or support operational projects, enterprise implementations, strategic initiatives, and operational readiness efforts
  • Provide advanced operational support across multiple Time & Labor Management functional areas based on business and project needs
  • Support managers with projects, implementations, and enterprise support activities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution and operational goals
  • Support labor compliance reviews and operational audit activities
  • Assist with testing, validation, implementation readiness, and deployment support for operational or system changes
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, operational procedures, reporting resources, and reference guides
  • Support reporting and data analysis efforts utilizing Excel, SAP, Power BI, ServiceNow, or related systems
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide project updates, operational feedback, issue tracking support, and implementation assistance
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, operational efficiency improvements, and scalable operational support solutions
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive on-site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors to ensure consistent understanding and application of time and labor processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field is also acceptable
  • Strong PC-based skills
  • Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
