About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management, to align with organizational objectives.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
- Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including: Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs (Request for Proposal), supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in English
