About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Key coordination with PW material managers, spares and delivery assurance on material priorities.
- Attendance on critical part/engine center or spares material calls.
- Coordination with supporting distribution facility 3PL contacts on distribution processing.
- Lead and coordinate communications back to internal stakeholders on transportation/distribution milestone events.
- Maintain facility escalation listing and key focals.
- Adherence to Quality, Regulatory and Global Trade process requirements.
- Coordination with 3PL Control tower focals on material movements for internal and external networks.
- Carrier/Transport coordination with our Transportation providers, TMS and Customs broker processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Experience in logistics, materials handling, warehousing, or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work an Alternate Work Week schedule (e.g., 3x12 or 4x10 depending on site requirements)
