About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all the duties associated with clearance processing.
- Process and enter cases to meet the requirements under SEAD 3 and 4 in the designated government databases.
- Update and maintain records in the government systems of records such as DISS.
- Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company security databases.
- Initiate, review and process the questionnaires (to conform to the 32 CFR part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements) for National Security Positions (SF86).
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- 1+ years experience supporting miscellaneous administrative support functions.
- Active and transferable, or the ability to obtain a government issued security clearance within 30 days of start date.
- Working knowledge of SWFT, DISS, and NBIS eApp PERSEC experience.
- Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
- Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.
- Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.
