About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all the duties associated with clearance processing.
Process and enter cases to meet the requirements under SEAD 3 and 4 in the designated government databases.
Update and maintain records in the government systems of records such as DISS.
Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company security databases.
Initiate, review and process the questionnaires (to conform to the 32 CFR part 117 National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements) for National Security Positions (SF86).

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
1+ years experience supporting miscellaneous administrative support functions.
Active and transferable, or the ability to obtain a government issued security clearance within 30 days of start date.
Working knowledge of SWFT, DISS, and NBIS eApp PERSEC experience.
Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.
Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.
Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.
