About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strategic relationships within accounts
- Maximize development and growth opportunities
- Achieve and expand new and existing revenue and customer loyalty through Account Management
- Monitor the commercial performance of accounts within a portfolio
- Identify and develop additional sales potential and lead strategic account development plans
- Seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Ensure proper disposition of technical logistical and operational customer requests
- Schedule and attend regular customer meetings
- Generate and communicate monthly statistical and operational reports
- Monitor financials and implement corrective actions as appropriate
- Manage contractual and billing issues related to third party maintenance
- Represent the Connected Aviation Solutions group at conferences and trade shows
