About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develops the capability that enables successful adoption of major transformation initiatives across Enterprise Services/Business Solutions.
Builds adoption roadmaps, playbooks, journey maps, and common standards that program teams, service owners, and SMEs use to drive readiness and sustainment to drive business outcomes across major programs and initiatives.
Partners closely with multiple internal teams including Program Management (PM), Change Management, Communications, Knowledge & Education, and service owners—while ensuring adoption execution remains with the teams delivering the change.
Communicates to leadership at various levels Adoption Readiness across major programs and initiatives.
Defines cross-program interdependencies and readiness checkpoints.
Provides adoption guidance and tools; ensures service owners and project teams maintain ownership for executing the change.
Monitors adoption progress and escalate risks or patterns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Program Management, Communications, or related field.
5+ years experience as a Change Lead, Adoption Lead, Business Readiness Lead, or similar-type role.
5+ years leading or supporting large-scale organizational change efforts.
