About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform monthly financial cost reconciliation and perform analyses to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-to parameters
- Complete quarterly EAC's, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in country operations
- Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
- Partner with Patriot Product Line teams, LADS Program Management Offices, Supply Chain, and other cross business teams
- Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs
- Manage all IOTs and revise as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study and a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Experienced user of SAP or similar system
- Previous Program Finance and/or Earned Value experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
