About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and coordinate program activities including interfacing with internal teams on technical performance, schedule adherence, and potential program challenges.
- Assess program risk analysis.
- Track program progress and ensure on-time completion of major production milestone activities.
- Collaborate with a team across various disciplines who support a global production effort to make deployment of the radars successful.
- Master knowledge of design, development, integration, and test processes for the program.
- Execute strategic focus to meet delivery commitments, exceed customer satisfaction, and achieve growth plans.
- Communicate program status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior management, customers and major subcontractors.
- Identify and address program challenges, developing solutions such as resource allocation or changes to contractual specifications.
- Influence and negotiate elements with customers to achieve enterprise commitments while improving customer satisfaction.
- Establish high-level customer relationships to foster long-term collaboration.
- Travel approximately 25%, both domestic and international.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Prior experience in Program Management.
- Experience with business and project management tools and procedures.
- Domain experience in Aviation and/or production.
- Prior experience in Air Traffic Control radars.
- Must be highly organized and be an effective leader, communicator, decision maker and able to inspire teams to meet production targets.
