About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Long-Range Plan process (Including AOP)
Key aspects will include calendar development, bottoms up inputs and reviews with the SSBUs, cross functional alignment with the SM-3 LT, market, growth analysis, with an emphasis on risk and opportunity identification
Address ad hoc requests, anticipate and proactively address inconsistencies & data anomalies while working effectively with Leadership Team
Collaborate with SSBU CFOs and FP&A leads
Analyze, prepare, and make recommendations for the SM-3 pre-close and close forecast
Coordinate and analyze the balance sheet to include Unbilled, Billed CIP, & Inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and/or Power Point
Experience with RPLAN and/or other SAP Business Systems / BW Toolset or similar business systems
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
