About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics teams
  • Accelerate material into Raytheon’s factories by supporting near-term investment initiatives such as expedite agreements, capacity investment incentives, supplier CORE engagements, etc
  • Financially enable acceleration incentives on all critically constrained backlog material evaluating economic considerations from the supplier’s point of view and Raytheon ROI
  • Lead small business capacity risk mitigation and investment workstream
  • Identify and implement opportunities to accelerate material backlog in partnership with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, OSCQ SBU Finance
  • Provide budgetary support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics functions including Forecast, AOP, LRP, Pool EACs (direct, indirect, CER pools)
  • Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization and proactively model volume-driven Logistics’ financial needs
  • Support Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality activities with ad hoc financial / data modeling including external supplier engagement as necessary
  • Act as a strategic business partner for ad hoc financial / data modeling needs
  • Highly motivated and take initiative, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate material into Raytheon’s factories
  • Able to proactively drive financial performance including identifying key success enablers for Operations and other down-stream functions
  • Capable of standing up a team and designing cross-functional, results-oriented business processes
  • Able to influence without authority and build consensus among executive-level stakeholders
  • Must be willing to travel to suppliers, work with embedded Raytheon Engineering and Quality support
  • Able to lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
  • Experience in analytical, problem-solving, modeling, and executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
