About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics teams
Accelerate material into Raytheon’s factories by supporting near-term investment initiatives such as expedite agreements, capacity investment incentives, supplier CORE engagements, etc
Financially enable acceleration incentives on all critically constrained backlog material evaluating economic considerations from the supplier’s point of view and Raytheon ROI
Lead small business capacity risk mitigation and investment workstream
Identify and implement opportunities to accelerate material backlog in partnership with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, OSCQ SBU Finance
Provide budgetary support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics functions including Forecast, AOP, LRP, Pool EACs (direct, indirect, CER pools)
Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization and proactively model volume-driven Logistics’ financial needs
Support Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality activities with ad hoc financial / data modeling including external supplier engagement as necessary
Act as a strategic business partner for ad hoc financial / data modeling needs
Highly motivated and take initiative, proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate material into Raytheon’s factories
Able to proactively drive financial performance including identifying key success enablers for Operations and other down-stream functions
Capable of standing up a team and designing cross-functional, results-oriented business processes
Able to influence without authority and build consensus among executive-level stakeholders
Must be willing to travel to suppliers, work with embedded Raytheon Engineering and Quality support
Able to lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive action

Requirements

What you’ll need

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
Experience in analytical, problem-solving, modeling, and executive communication skills
Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
