Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance.
Conduct basic financial transactions and extract data from systems
Support team members with reconciliations, variance explanations, and administrative financial tasks.
Perform data entry, validation, and organization to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
Apply RTX CORE problem-solving methods to simple process issues and recommend basic solutions.
Raise issues and concerns appropriately to the supervisor or senior staff.
Collaborate with team members to meet internal customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, or related field
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with Exposure to team projects or internships involving finance or business analysis
