About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to understand improvement targets and strategic objectives
Conduct market analysis to evaluate the current landscape of existing capabilities—both internal and external—and assessing current and emerging trends
Define capabilities required to achieve business outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Prioritize investments and initiatives to establish a clear timeline
Develop and manage the Digital Capability Roadmap for supported areas
Manage the lifecycle of initiatives from inception through Agile execution and delivery
Lead the creation of Lean Business Cases, including the definition of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience
bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree and minimum of 7 plus years of experience
Experience in an Agile solution delivery environment
Current U.S. citizenship is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a robust professional network
Experience in managing technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation
Experience conducting product market analysis and research
Experience in technical or software development environments.
