About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and performance improvement initiatives
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using quality methodologies such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC
Analyze supplier quality data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
Support supplier development, process transfers, and new product introductions while ensuring supplier readiness
Build trusted supplier relationships and influence sustainable quality improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supply Chain Operations
Strong knowledge of quality systems, supplier auditing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Experience driving supplier performance and continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
