About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation
Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations
Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services
Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals
Compiles and analyzes price proposals and financial reports
Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages
Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories
Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity
Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity
May be responsible for delivery assurance activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
