About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review AS9102 Form 2 to validate that (raw material, parts, and processes) meet metallurgical and chemical technical requirements.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, certifications, procedures, etc.
- Communicate non‑compliances and non‑conformances with parties within and outside of own team, to provide support by explaining quality requirements, standards, and specifications.
- Document and report non‑compliances and non‑conformances to suppliers.
- Works autonomously with limited supervision.
- Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities using CORE tools.
- Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience;
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, certifications, and process documentation.
- Experience with review of FAI.
- Experience communicating technical findings, non‑conformances, or quality requirements across cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
