About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions.
- Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables
- Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis
- Responsible for weekly and monthly oversite of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts.
- Top candidates will provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance
- Experience in program cost schedule and control environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- R6Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
- Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
- Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills required
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers
- Experience managing multiple priorities
