About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with procurement of goods and services by creating, updating and closing out all purchase requisitions for Digital Technology.
Identify, research, analyze and resolve purchasing issues with DT areas.
Provide a variety of support functions within the Vendor Management Office.
Support DT VMO project implementations.
Create, maintain and update process documentation around DT purchase requisitioning, invoicing support and other DT VMO processes as needed.
Collaborate with the members of the VMO and other departments to optimize the purchase requisition process.
Maintenance of various DT VMO communications forums.
Assist in resolving DT VMO questions or concerns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program studying Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Basic understanding of Procurement and Vendor Management principles.
Experience with SAP or SAP Ariba.
Experience with SharePoint including internal site administration.
Experience with Statement of Works (SOWs) and/or other work authorizing tools.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
