About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions for Traffic Surveillance products.
Develop common engineering tools and automation frameworks to support software development and verification activities.
Execute unit, integration, and system-level testing for embedded avionics software.
Support the development and verification of DAL-B compliant airborne software.
Participate in requirements reviews, software design reviews, code inspections, and peer review activities.
Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, and verification teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Support certification activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
Troubleshoot software build, integration, and deployment issues.
Analyze software defects, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another STEM discipline.
4–9 years of embedded software development experience.
Strong programming experience in C++ and Python.
Experience developing software on VxWorks/Wind River operating systems.
Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, coding, integration, testing, and verification.
Experience with hardware-software integration and board-level debugging.
Hands-on experience with Git, Visual Studio, and software development tools.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if applicable.
Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future employer sponsorship.
