About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in alignment with our Raytheon values
  • Partner closely with peer groups to enable flawless Digital service delivery and maintain security compliance requirements
  • Perform workforce planning and resource management
  • Assign and monitor projects and tasks
  • Manage and record employee performance
  • Create and submit periodic status reports and accomplishments to the next level of leadership
  • Administer time reporting, training, recruiting, and onboarding of new employees
  • Support career development of employees
  • Contribute to annual operating planning (AOP) for the team’s Digital scope
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Must have ability to gain a US DoD secret clearance; US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for security clearance
  • Experience managing, supervising, or leading a team in technological environments
  • Experience with IT System Administration duties
  • Experience managing teams in an Agile / DevSecOps environment
  • Communication skills, with ability to influence and drive change with peers and leaders across the organization
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and leading change efforts in a Digital Technology domain
  • Technical experience with computer infrastructure including Servers (Windows, Linux), Storage, Virtualization / Cloud technologies, networking systems, directory services management, and system hardening
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks and initiatives
  • Knowledge of DFARs, CMMC, RMF, DAAPM, and JSIG requirements and controls
