Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations; Advisory and Engagement, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration.
  • HR Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries.
  • Complex Case Management: Gain exposure to high-level HR matters by assisting in the resolution of complex employee issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
  • Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
