Key responsibilities & impact

Gain hands-on experience by contributing to four core areas of our HR operations; Advisory and Engagement, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration.
HR Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a key resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality assistance and resolution for various inquiries.
Complex Case Management: Gain exposure to high-level HR matters by assisting in the resolution of complex employee issues.
Operational Excellence: Support the team in identifying and recommending process enhancements.
Strategic Collaboration: Work across various teams within U.S. People Services to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in a professional environment with a focus on problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in a Human Resources or customer service-facing environment.
Familiarity with HR policy or areas of expertise (i.e. Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations).
Experience utilizing HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to show empathy and provide supportive guidance when addressing employee concerns.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
