About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Forecasts, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
Support and drive a monthly EV cadence – BCRs, LREs, VARs
Utilize and share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
Provide thorough cost and profitability analysis
Prepare and present financial information in Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Provide Contract Funding Analysis Training and development of the finance team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance related working experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
Experience with SAP APEX, Rplan, and/or EDIT+
Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
Must be independent and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve with ability to meet critical deadlines
Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
