About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the OSC process matrix & supporting artifacts.
  • Deploy & mature the OSC maturity standards for high impact processes (incorporate site feedback, define and harmonize KPIs, incorporate skills criteria).
  • Enhance the reporting capabilities for the Top 60 sites maturity scores through collaboration with the CORE OS (COSMIC) development & Industry 4.0 team.
  • Support the development of the Connected factory concept with overarching deployment approach to showcase best in class RTX Factories.
  • Oversee site level improvement plans through coordination with the Business Units and drive alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Support and/or lead CORE leadership weeks and/or workshops to accelerate site level improvement plans.
  • Support comms and change management approach for connected factory initiatives and process maturity standards (highlight best practices, drive collaboration amongst sites, ensure communication with applicable stakeholders).
  • Ensure linkage to the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) initiatives and publish the supporting Policies and Standard Work through collaboration with the Business Units.
  • Support the Industry 4.0 Council, CORE sub-council, QMS Harmonization, Manufacturing, and RLPM Program Management Council (as required).
  • This position will require travel to various manufacturing sites.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or a related field and 10 years minimum of prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Working experience in Operations, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment.
