About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Operations & Program Office functional teams to influence decisions to successfully execute production, development, and depot contracts
- Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area
- Program start up, maintenance & support including intercompany transfers processing, project setup, and NWA management
- Earned Value Management cost/schedule control
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports to include LRE development & financial variance analysis
- Assist IPT with the coordination, development, and delivery of monthly financial forecasts
- Preparation and Analysis of Quarterly EACs including cost analysis, risks, and opportunities
- Interface with multiple cross-functional teammates & internal customers at different locations and time zones
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Previous Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Demonstrated experience with SAP financial tools/systems and Earned Value Management preferred
- Extensive manufacturing/MRP experience in aerospace & defense industry
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Prior Program Controls Experience a plus
