About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts
Collaborate with the SPY-6 cross functional team including members from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality
Partner with the Program Planning and Finance discipline to develop and maintain the IPT’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Manage IPT EVMS performance by reviewing labor and material actuals
Supporting analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration
Cost/schedule performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, rolling wave baseline planning, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Contribute to development of all EVM-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and associated program performance metrics
Prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
Support Government Surveillance Reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience including material EV
Broad based project management knowledge and EV Tools (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs
Monitoring and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress using EVMS
Preparing variance reports
Identifying and facilitating resolution of cost/schedule issues and corrective action plans
Experience establishing EV baseline
Experience supporting a program that will be audited by DCMA
Experience as a CAM for all types of scope: material, labor, ODC
PMX Tools Experience
IPT Lead Certification (PM Level 6)
