About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts
  • Collaborate with the SPY-6 cross functional team including members from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality
  • Partner with the Program Planning and Finance discipline to develop and maintain the IPT’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Manage IPT EVMS performance by reviewing labor and material actuals
  • Supporting analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration
  • Cost/schedule performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, rolling wave baseline planning, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Contribute to development of all EVM-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and associated program performance metrics
  • Prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
  • Support Government Surveillance Reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience including material EV
  • Broad based project management knowledge and EV Tools (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
  • Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs
  • Monitoring and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress using EVMS
  • Preparing variance reports
  • Identifying and facilitating resolution of cost/schedule issues and corrective action plans
  • Experience establishing EV baseline
  • Experience supporting a program that will be audited by DCMA
  • Experience as a CAM for all types of scope: material, labor, ODC
  • PMX Tools Experience
  • IPT Lead Certification (PM Level 6)
