About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts
- Collaborate with the SPY-6 cross functional team including members from Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality
- Partner with the Program Planning and Finance discipline to develop and maintain the IPT’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Manage IPT EVMS performance by reviewing labor and material actuals
- Supporting analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration
- Cost/schedule performance, corrective action plans, performance recovery plans, rolling wave baseline planning, Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
- Contribute to development of all EVM-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and associated program performance metrics
- Prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
- Support Government Surveillance Reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience including material EV
- Broad based project management knowledge and EV Tools (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
- Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs
- Monitoring and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress using EVMS
- Preparing variance reports
- Identifying and facilitating resolution of cost/schedule issues and corrective action plans
- Experience establishing EV baseline
- Experience supporting a program that will be audited by DCMA
- Experience as a CAM for all types of scope: material, labor, ODC
- PMX Tools Experience
- IPT Lead Certification (PM Level 6)
