About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution of the Integrated Product Team for a defined WBS element (e.g., launcher, rail, interface cabinet)
Own product-level technical integration, maturation, and schedule execution across participating functions
Lead CAM activities supporting the execution of assigned control accounts
Identify and manage risks and opportunities; develop and execute mitigation strategies
Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
Lead product-level engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and ensure readiness
Ensure compliance with engineering processes, configuration management, and Quality and Mission Assurance requirements
Provide schedule, risk and production status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Leadership experience of cross-functional or technical teams
Experience with RLPM, EVMS, WBS, and schedule integration concepts
Configuration management and quality processes experience
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before the start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
