About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the creation of incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rate proposals, and quarterly reporting.
- Manage government rates for Power & Controls manufacturing sites that perform on FAR 15 government contracts.
- Validate billing rates and load billing rates into SAP.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Interface with DCAA and DCMA on audits, forward pricing rates, incurred cost submissions, providing well-supported documentation and analysis.
- Travel required around 10% as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience summarizing complex analyses and communicating effectively to all organizational levels.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work within required timeframes.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and SAP.
- Familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DFARS requirements.
- Prior interaction with DCAA and DCMA.
