About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support compensation processes including job evaluations, offer development, market pricing, and compensation analysis.
- Coordinate and track Total Rewards projects, deliverables, timelines, meeting logistics, documentation, follow-ups, and communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Total Rewards team including expense submissions, reporting, scheduling, SharePoint content management, and workflow tracking.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and communications for HR and leadership.
- Research and compile market data insights to support competitive pay recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to answer questions, provide guidance on policy, and support consistent application of compensation practices.
- Support process improvements to streamline and enhance the employee and stakeholder experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR, compensation, HR operations, project coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices, and trends, merit, and data analysis.
- Experience with Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational, execution, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
