Facilitate the Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
Maintain familiarity with program schedule, budget, identifying risks and aligning work to promote reuse and efficiency.
Coordination of data transfers, courier support among various environments.
Lead coordination of various digital product releases and interface with functional and program leadership ensuring on-time delivery and configuration management execution.
Follow RTX Policies and Directives in accordance with established program documentation and work instructions under close direction of SWCM Team Lead and/or Section Leader.
Work onsite at Tewksbury / Marlborough, MA.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
A minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools.
Software Configuration Management technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development/scripting experience.
Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux Operating Systems.
Experience working with cross functional teams.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Expert knowledge in Software Configuration Management principles, process, and implementation/execution (preferred).
Experience with SWCM tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps Server (ADS), Git, BitBucket, IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), IBM Rational ClearCase, Synergy, Jenkins, Artifactory) (preferred).
Experience with scripting/programming languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML) (preferred).
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), GitFlow, and Agile concepts (preferred).
