About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance health, scheduled jobs, access governance, license management and environment management.
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and internal cybersecurity policies.
Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline business processes.
Support integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making.
Participate in change control processes, ensuring updates are tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption.
Work closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8 years of related experience
Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay etc.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Working knowledge of ITSM processes
Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
