About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing to gather, interpret, and refine functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into robust SAP solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration documents leveraging SAP best practices and emerging industry trends.
- Contribute as both a Business Analyst and Technical Lead on large programs.
- Lead small‑to‑medium initiatives, serving simultaneously as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead.
- Own or support the full testing lifecycle: developing test strategies, managing test data, creating test scripts, executing tests, resolving defects, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and deliver end‑user documentation, job aids, and training materials to support project implementations and organizational change management.
- Coordinate effectively with technical teams across onshore and offshore resources to ensure integrated, high‑quality deliverables.
- Provide Level 3 production support for complex incidents, system defects, and enhancement requests.
- Analyze new work requests and provide accurate effort estimates, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Apply Lean principles and structured problem‑solving methodologies to identify process improvements, resolve issues, and design efficient solutions.
- Demonstrate deep skill in business analysis best practices, SAP configuration, and solution architecture across P2S process areas.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between business processes and technical capabilities.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–50%.
- Experience with SAP.
