About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cost/Schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis and reporting
- Risk and Opportunity management
- Estimate at Completion preparation & policy compliance
- Forecasting, Long Range Planning
- Partner with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts.
- This position will have multiple direct reports
- Be comfortable working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations
- Be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks with little direction, and the ability to interact with a variety of levels of the organization.
- This position will provide an opportunity to be responsible for and enhance skills in forecasting, estimates at completion, variance analyses, and other metrics and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years finance work experience
- Experience with Program costs and/or schedules
- Experience with Raytheon business systems APEX, RPlan, PRISM, EDIT+ and/or other related program execution tools
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or variance analysis
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
