About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with a team of engineers to develop proven designs based on system performance and operational specifications
Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products
Resolve production issues related to existing product designs
Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
Perform design, test, and production support work within the bounds of a given schedule
Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff
Engage in personal technical growth, and facilitate technical growth in peers
Lead small teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution
Travel to Tewksbury, MA; Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on the assignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Design, test, and/or production experience with analog or power electronics, power systems, power conversion, power distribution, power sub-system design and/or control systems
Experience in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
