About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and define requirements representing the customer need
Write User Story Acceptance Criteria based on analysis of business requirements and desired result
Write clear Test Scripts, validate stories and assist with analysis and reporting of testing defects
Work closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are understood and solution designs are aligned with platform capabilities
Responsible for holistically understanding both the business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules
May also be asked to write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
2+ years’ experience in a supporting role in the ServiceNow Platform
Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Developers and RTX internal customers
Excellent writing ability for producing concise and accurate user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
Strong Excel and Visio Skills.
