Key responsibilities & impact

Shape, govern, and advance the ECC SAP Platforms CoE roadmap and strategy
Guide platform strategy and ensure secure operations
Develop modernization roadmap aligned to S/4HANA and compliance needs
Define and manage enterprise release calendar coordinating deployments
Serve as final authority for Change Advisory Board decisions
Manage transport and deployment management processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform reliability
Identify opportunities for automation and AI insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 14+ years' experience in SAP Platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
Strong experience in successfully leading large SAP Platforms center of excellence
Proven ability to shape strategy and drive enterprise wide adoption of standards and platforms
Knowledge and understanding of SAP Technical areas and SAP ECC
Ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels
Experience building or leading Center of Excellence
Strong verbal and written communication skills
