About the role

  • Provide leadership, development, and direction to the R2S Joint Venture
  • Manage and support the financial performance of the joint venture and ensure data integrity and adherence to company policies
  • Act as a strategic business partner to functional teams and collaborate on proposals, Gate reviews, financial reporting, and Estimates at Complete (EACs)
  • Interact with Raytheon and R2S Leadership teams and customer representatives to align strategy, operating and financial objectives
  • Manage Forecasts, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support communication between the Joint Venture and Raytheon Leadership Teams and provide reach back support to Subject Matter Experts (Accounting, Earned Value, Compliance)
  • Ensure joint venture alignment to Parent company financial policies and coordinate/support development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
  • Coordinate Risk and Opportunities and prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, and financial overviews
  • Provide proactive analysis for balance sheet and income statements and support Advance Payments and Liquidation
  • Provide analysis to cash flow and invoice status and manage/coordinate CFR, AR, and Dividends
  • Summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management; provide top level program planning and control guidance

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 8 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years finance related working experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Security Clearance: None/Not Required
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
  • Experience with Audit and/or surveillance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
  • Must be independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
  • Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred: SAP APEX, Rplan, and EDIT+ experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
