About the role
- Support the financial performance and execution of the Triton program and contribute support to other programs
- Preparation and presentation of program financial deliverables
- Forecasting and analysis of bookings, sales, profit and cash using RPLAN
- Monthly Earned Value management and reporting
- Early and frequent identification of program risks and opportunities
- Preparation and presentation of internal reporting requirements
- Generation and analysis of Estimate At Completion (EACs) quarterly, including costs and risks/opportunities
- Utilize business software (SAP, APEX, APEX EV, Business Warehouse, PMX) to manage program operations
- Implement, report, and maintain APEX data
- Monitor and analyze cost data and cash flow and perform in-depth financial planning
- Provide financial guidance to Program Management team
- Problem solving and communicate at various levels of management and occasionally with the customer
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Earned Value Management concepts and application (preferred)
- Previous experience using SAP, APEX, APEX EV, Business Warehouse, and Program Management Excellence (PMX) preferred
- Able to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter and takes ownership of assignments
- Willing and able to learn new systems/tools and processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to evaluate data, develop financial models/plans/analyses/reports
