About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee contract invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Create and maintain project structures within financial and operational systems.
- Provide financial support for proposals, including cost development and analysis.
- Support proposal approval workflows and compliance with internal governance.
- Coordinate and support external project audits, ensuring availability and accuracy of documentation.
- Lead project closeout activities, including reconciliation and final financial reporting.
- Provide IPMT (Integrated Program Management Team) financial support.
- Prepare and analyze monthly E&D actuals, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Support long‑range planning (LRP) activities for E&D.
- Develop, forecast, and track ACEP-related capital items.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance; OR an advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to access to restricted systems/tools.
